Check-in times, pets, cancellations and what to pack — the answers our guests look for most.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Self check-in opens at 2 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Your door code arrives by message on the morning of your stay.
Can I bring my dog?
Four of our cabins welcome dogs for a cleaning fee of ₹1,500 per stay. Look for the paw mark on the cabin page.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund, or up to 7 days before for 50% back.
Is there Wi-Fi and phone signal?
Every cabin has Wi-Fi, though signal in the forest can be patchy — which most guests come to enjoy.
Are the cabins heated in winter?
Yes. Each has underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove, with dry logs stacked by the door.
